By accessing our website and placing an order with North & Line, you agree to the following terms.
Product Information
We strive to ensure all descriptions, specifications and imagery are accurate and clearly represented.
Please note:
• Carat weights and stone counts are averages based on a UK size M and may vary slightly depending on ring size.
• Pavé stone counts may vary depending on selected size and design proportions.
• Lifestyle imagery may display varying carat weights for illustrative purposes.
• As each ring is handcrafted and made to order, minor variations may occur.
All measurements and specifications are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Stone Specifications
Moissanite centre stones are graded to high standards of colour, clarity and cut.
Certification for moissanite centre stones 0.5ct and above can be provided upon request.
Natural variations in light performance and appearance may occur depending on lighting conditions.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Full payment is required before production begins.
We reserve the right to amend pricing, specifications or availability at any time without prior notice.
Made-to-Order Nature
All North & Line pieces are made to order according to the customer’s selected:
• Metal
• Stone type
• Carat weight
• Ring size
Due to this bespoke production process:
• Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, production may have commenced and cancellation may not be possible.
• North & Line is not responsible for incorrect ring sizes provided at checkout.
We strongly recommend professional sizing prior to purchase.
Resizing
Resizing eligibility depends on design.
• Most plain bands may be resized within approximately one size.
• Pavé bands and hidden halo designs may have more limited resizing flexibility due to stone placement.
Resizing turnaround time is approximately 3 working days (excluding shipping).
If resizing is required due to customer size selection error, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If resizing is required due to a confirmed manufacturing error, we will cover the cost.
Warranty
We provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering structural defects and stone security issues not caused by impact or accidental damage.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Stone loss due to impact or improper care
• Damage caused by improper handling
• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
All pieces undergo quality control prior to dispatch, including stone security inspection.
After 12 months, repair services may be available at cost.
Production & Timelines
Standard production time is approximately 7–10 working days.
Rush production (approximately 5 working days) may be available depending on design and confirmation.
Production timelines do not include shipping and are estimates only.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item purchased.
North & Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Intellectual Property
All designs, imagery, branding, product names and written content remain the intellectual property of North & Line and may not be reproduced, distributed or copied without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
