Production Time

Each North & Line ring is made to order according to your selected specifications.

Standard production time: 2–4 weeks

During peak periods, custom requests, or holiday closures, production may extend slightly. Customers will always be notified if timelines change significantly.

Rush production may be available on select designs upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require a specific delivery date.

Production times do not include shipping.

 

 

UK Shipping

 

• Complimentary fully insured delivery

• Signature required upon arrival

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days once dispatched

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

 

International Shipping

 

• Fully insured express courier service (DHL or equivalent)

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days once dispatched

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

 

 

Delivery Responsibility

All parcels require signature upon delivery.

Once an item is marked as delivered and signed for at the provided address, North & Line is not responsible for loss or theft.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
