SIZING & AFTERCARE
What if I don’t know my ring size?
Please refer to our size guide page. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a ring sizer before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery (within ±2 UK sizes). Please note that pavé or intricate settings may have more limited resizing tolerance. If you’re unsure about sizing before purchasing, we recommend ordering a ring sizer to ensure the best possible fit.
How do I care for my ring?
To keep your ring looking its best, we recommend removing it during heavy activity, storing it safely when not worn, and cleaning it periodically with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.

Can I see the ring before purchasing?
All North & Line rings are made to order, which allows us to offer a wide range of stone sizes and metal options while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship. Our product imagery and videos are designed to show the ring clearly from multiple angles so you can shop with confidence.
Is it safe to buy an engagement ring online?
Yes. Your order is protected through secure checkout, and all North & Line rings are shipped using fully insured tracked delivery, requiring a signature upon arrival.
What if something happens to the ring?
All rings include a 12-month manufacturing warranty, covering structural defects. If you experience any issues during this period, please contact us and we will assist with repair or replacement where appropriate.
Can I design a custom ring?
Yes. If you would like to modify one of our designs or create something entirely bespoke, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss custom options.
How do I know my ring will be high quality?
Every North & Line ring is carefully crafted using solid gold and premium stones, then undergoes a detailed quality inspection before dispatch. This includes stone security checks, prong inspection, polish evaluation and final cleaning to ensure your ring arrives in perfect condition.

Will my ring look exactly like the photos?
Our product images are designed to represent each ring as accurately as possible. As every piece is handcrafted and made to order, slight variations may occur, and lifestyle imagery may show different stone sizes for visual reference. These small differences are part of what makes each ring unique.
Are your rings made to order?
Yes. Every North & Line ring is crafted to order in your chosen metal, stone size and ring size. This ensures each piece is made specifically for you and allows us to maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
How long will my ring take to arrive?
Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, followed by fully insured delivery. During busy periods, please allow up to 6 weeks to ensure every ring meets our quality standards.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide using fully insured tracked delivery.
Will my ring be insured during shipping?
Yes. All North & Line orders are shipped fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind.
Can I return my ring?
Because each ring is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure all sizing and specifications are correct before ordering.
What if my ring arrives damaged?
In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost.
